    Daily athlete monitoring tracks readiness, soreness, and training load. Green/Yellow/Red recovery classification ensures every session is programmed to the athlete's actual state, never blindly pushing into breakdown.

    SSL-certified in foot/ankle complex training, one of the only programs in the region specializing in this foundational layer. Muscle imbalances are systematically identified and corrected before they become injuries.

    Founder & Head Performance Coach

    La'aUli Fonoti is a performance coach, U.S. Navy veteran, and founder of Fonoti Way, with over 15 years of experience in athletic development. His approach goes beyond training, focusing on building discipline, consistency, and performance both in sport and in everyday life. After earning a football scholarship to New Mexico State University, he continued his path of service and structure in the Navy, which now shapes the standard and accountability behind his coaching. Today, he applies that same mindset to help athletes move better, think clearly, and perform at a higher level through a system built for long-term development.
